EAGLE CITY LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE MINUTES
November 3, 1994
Chairman Laura Markham called the meeting to order.

WORKSHOP SUBJECTS:
BERKSHIRE ESTATES SUBDIVISION: (continued from 10/6/94
incomplete plan) Presentation by Clete Harper, representative for
the developer. Moved by Pete and seconded by Morgan to approve the
plans as designed, according to the plans submitted by Southwest
Arch. Planning, bonding required. The density and caliper is
appropriate. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
CANTERBURY ESTATES - (continued from 10/6/94 - incomplete plan) The
Committee approved the landscape plan submitted by the developer
with the following conditions:

The landscaping will be within 3 ft of the pavement
The pond access will be grassed and irrigated
3 deciduous trees in the island at the entryway
Flowering deciduous shrubs
Bonding for Landscaping
The entryway and sign design to be returned to City Hall
for sign off by Committee members. No formal meeting will
be necessary.
First Security: Discussion took place regarding the landscaping
plan change directed by Council. Moved by Laura and seconded by
Morgan to authorize the Chairman, Laura Markham to write a letter
asking First Security Bank to return to the Committee with the
amended landscaping plan.
Barbara Montgomery asked for a committee member to attend the
Council meetings in order to speak to the landscaping issues.
MINUTES: Moved by Morgan and seconded by Laura to approve the
minutes of October 6, 1994.
Pete Centorino gave a report on the Arboretum. The sidewalks have
been cut. The first of next week the sprinkler system will be
i taIled. They hope to have the project completed in 2 weeks.
