of February 16, 1982. Motion c~rrjed.
The alave guests met with the desi~n review cOM~ittee and discussed the
v ~~nt Conaco building at the corner of State & fec~nd street.
The above reouestpd remodel is a~plication #1-82.

the building :nd a video gRme amu~....t1(>nt center in the east portion.
After much discussion it W;iS ar;reed that the a~plicant rrust corT b:cy

snecific traffic plan, oaryjng, remov~l of curb in the rear, Hnd a more
compl~te building reModel ~lan.
The desi~n review committee dis~ussed and agreed that a reco~rrend8t~on

The desi~n review committee discus~ed further chan~es in the si~n
ordinance. The change being (Page 1, last par&2Nlph) The ~Ilord wi] 1
