for rrmodeJing and an addition to his business at the PW corner of
Ptate & Eagle Road. The business is lnown as ~mitty's Autoæot~ve
Re"1air.
He ~ro~oses to com~lete the project in 2 ~hasps.
Phase 1 to be com~letFd by November 1, 19f1. It will include the
new addition, painting existing bloc} a darÞ brown, ~ateri~l on the
addition to be used is barn wood, tri~med with dar~ trown. A'so in
phase 1 is a 5' fence on the rE corner to hide an exterior storage
ar a. Planter box of rail road ties is to be constructed on the NE
corner of the property.
Phase 2 will include a fence on the west side of the lo~ and construction
of a false front on the east side of the existing building. The siRn
will be wood letters on wood on the roof of the bui]ding in a V chaDe
reading Smitty's Auto.
