Chairman Ron Marshall called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m..

Gipson movpd Crosby seconded the minutes of Anril 9,19f1 be
approved as written. Motion carried unanimously.
Guests:
Mayor Deckard request d that the minutes reflect the reapDoint-
ment of Jim Gi~son for a 3 year term to the design review commi-
tee. This apDointment is to be a~aroved at the next city council
meeting.
Bruce Kramer representing Idaho First National Banl. submitted his
final landscape plan for review and ap~roval of the board.
After a lenrthly discussion the following motion was made.
Centorino moved Gipson seconded we accept the landscape plan as
designed or give the Idaho First National Ban} the option of plant-
int pyramidal arborvitae and spreading juniDers in lieu of the 4
trees in the shrub area on the north toundary of the pro~erty. The
arborvitae planting is to be done 3' north of the curb in this
pJanter leaving 9' of unplanted area due to the fact that they are
planting within the sewer line easement. The arborvitae in this
area are to be 4' to 5' in size. The Thundercloud Plum in front
of the bany will be moved to th~ extreme left front of the property.
Trees on the west property line will be shifted slightly north so
that one tree will be placed closer to the ~ntJ corner of the property.
Another tree from the North proDerty line will be moved to the
NE planting area. Notion carried unanimously
Ron Alvey of Fabco presented anplication #4-81 which was a re-
model and addition of Fabco on North Eagle Road. After much dis-
cussion it was agreed that there were some definite problems with
the plan. Mr. Alvey and the board discussed the problems and he
agreed to wor} on these problems and come bacy to the board at a
later date.

Following a discussion the board suggested that the Chairman write
a letter to the City Council stating the fact that there are many
uncompleted orojects in town that were a~proved by the design rev-
iew committee. The Chairman agreed to write the letter naming the
projects and asking for assistance or guidance in getting these
projects completed.
