GiDson movEd and Crosby seconded we approve meeting minutes of
1-20-81 and 2-18-81. ~otion carried.
Bob Watson presented anplication #3-81 on tehalf of the Idaho First
National Panko The applicant requests approval on an addition and
remodel to the present wewt exterior portion of the existing bldg.
A new drive in ar a for a total of 3 st~lls is the plan.
The following :tems were discussed and agreed upon.
1 .
Material: Exterior material wDl be standard size brick painted
to match existing building.

Roof:
The roof will be gravel.

Sign: There will be a recessed, lighted "OPEN" signs on the bact
side of the drive in window area.
4.
Parking: There will be new employee parking on the North ~ro-
perty line of the bank property.
5.
Landscaping: The landscape and sprin}ler design was incomplete.
The apnlicant indicated the trees on the partial landscape de-
sign will be of 3" caliper in size.

tion of the building and return at a latpr date to review the land-
scaoe and sDrinllEr design.

Bob Wolfe and Greg Paventy re-submitted application #1-81 for con-
struction of a new Post Office building in Eagle.
1 .
Material: Exterior of the building is to be RIB plywood siding
with 2" cedar board and batts on 12" on center. Trim is to be
of 1x4 R/S cedar.

Roof: The roof will be of cedar shales with a new, anproved de-
si~n to meet the western motif.
3.
Color: Exterior color will be solid body stains of butternut
with California Rustic as the trim color.

Sign: The sign will be a standard U.S. Post Office si~n of
brushed aluminum. This sign is furnished and required by the
U.S. Post Office Department.
Windows: Windows and doors wi11 both be framed with anodized
aluminum. Windows will have mullion bars.

Landscaping: Landscaping and sprinller design were not com~lete~
how~ver the following was discussed and agreed upon. (1) A
2'x15' planter will be added to the plan in the apDroximate area
of parking space #10. Underground automatic sprinyler system
will be installed in all planting arpas.
Giason moved and Crosby seconded the board approve application #1-81
finding that it basically complies with Ordinance #55. Landscaping
and SDrin¥.ler design is to be approved at a later date.
