The Desi?n Review Board met to give final approval to appli-
cation #1-81, the new Post Office Bu1dling.
A detailed landscape l]an was submitted showing 3 decidious
trees of 2t" caliper in front of the b1Jilding. Apnlicant also a¡;reed
to additional planti~gs of 25 tam junipers in front of the building
and 4 mu~o pi~e along the w~st side of the building and in the 2'x15'
planter n~xt to Darling space number 10.
Automatic underground sprinllers will be installed in all planted
areas.
