Present: Absent: Crosby, Cintorino, Gipson & Marshall West Reading of meeting minutes of January 20,1981 were dispensed with as the Secretary was absent. Ron Marshall reported that Greg Paventy, contractor on the new Post office will not be here as scheduled. Application #2-81 was presented to the board for review. Applicant: Ron Marshall The application presented requests apDroval to re-face the front 01 his property located at the NE corner of State & First street. The specific portion being that which is occupied by Fabco. The remodel will be done in phasps. The pnar€ first phase being the above mentioned portion. The second nhase being the west end of the building and removing the old house at the back of pro~erty. Other im- provements will follow at a later date. Material, the materiaJ to be used to re~face building will be 1 x 12'1 dimensional lumber in pattern. Trim material will be 1 x 6" pine or 1 x 12. Color, The color to be used is dark brown with trim color yet to te determined. Existing awning will be removed and replaced with a wooden canopy, suoported by wooden turned posts and will have a sha}e or shingle roof. Landscaping, none at this time Sign, existing, approved sign may be moved to upper front portion of the building.
