3 l~epn;sentêltives of ¡;;aÇ!le {lain & 5th narket appeared before the
board rc?questing a change on the type of material being used on
the front exterior portion of their remodel - l\pp.#4-80.
Originally they agreed to use ~edar siding, board and batten pattern.
Due to cost they changed their mind and decided to use plywood with
batts spaced 16" on center. 1'he plywood has been put on the structure
and the batten portion of the siding pélrtially put on. 'rhe Design
Review Board was not informed of this matter previously.
After much discussion between Representatives of Eagle Main & 5th
and Design Review Board members the following action resulted:
Cipson moved and.lest seconded we not allow proposed

uiscussion - Crosby suggested we reach a compromise by doubling
the number of batts on the ply\vood and paint it an appropriate
color. lIe noted that the applicant had made a mistake and realizes
it êlnd if the applicant had originally asked for this type of exterior
it may have been acceptable.
Crosby moved that Eagle Main & 5th be allowed to proceed - by
doubling the batts and by picking a proper color for the structure
to be approved by the Design Review Board.
