Design Review Board Meeting
Eagle City Hall
Eagle, Idaho
Chairman Ron Marshall called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm
Present - Crosby, Gipson, West, Cintorino and Marshall
Absent - None
Guest - None
The Chairman excused J. Gipson from the meeting as he had another
committment and did not feel he should vote on the application
as he was the architect who drew the plans.
Cintorino moved Crosby 2nd the minutes of August 19, 1980 be
approved as read.
Motion Carried
Wayne Crosby submitted application #5-80. The applicant plans
to add an addition to his building to be used as a storage and
interior display area.
All points of Annex C within Ordinance #55 were considered.
Additional points of agreement between Wayne Crosby and the
Board are as follows:

The north side of his existing building
(Eagle Drug store) will be painted to
match the split block addition.
The metal door on rear of addition will
not be for public use.
The roof is not visible to the public eye.
