DESIGN REVIEW MEETI~G

Chairman Ron Marshall called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m..
Present:
Marshall, Gipson, Crosby, Cintorino & West.
None
Absent:
Guest:
Mayor Jerry Deckard
Gipson moved Cintorino seconded the minutes of July 1" 1980 be approved
as read. Motion carried unanimously
Mayor Deckard administered the Oath of Office to all Desipn Review Commi-
tee members.
Each Board member received certificates of appointment stating their
length of term as follows: West & Crosby 3 years
Marshall & Cintorino 2 years
Gipson 1 year
Crosby moved Cintorino seconded we accept and adODt The By Laws of th~
Eagle Design Review Board as corrected. Motion carried unanimously.
Ron Marshall agreed to design an application form to be used by Appli-
cants coming before the Design Review Committee.
Carol West agreed to design a form to submit to the Eagle City Council
showing points reviewed and findings of each a~plication.
~ayne Crosby submitted a sample of the block he intends to usp on his
storage building to be constructed at the NW corner of his existing
building (Eagle Drug Store.)
He was told by the Design Review Board to chpck the date of his build-
ing permit to see if it is still valid.
