The Planning and Zoning Commission on November I, 1999, Chairman Brinton presiding.

CALL TO ORDER:

ROLL CALL: The following members were present: DONALD BRINTON, LYNN
MOSER, FRED WILSON, GENEVA TRENT, FARRIN FARNWORTH. A quorum
is present.
REQUEST FOR APPROVAL: None

CONSENT AGENDA:
A. A-3-99 & RZ-5-99 - Findinl!s of Facts and Conclusions of Law for
Annexation and Rezone from RT to R-2 -Crail! and Kristen Van
Enl!elen: Project Summary: Craig and Kristen Van Engelen are requesting
annexation and a rezone from RT (one unit per five acres) to R-2 (two units
per acre). The site located on the south side of Floating Feather Road
approximately Y2-mile west of Ballantyne Road.
Wilson would like the item Pulled off of the Consent Agenda.
Wilson made a motion that we table this item to the next regular meeting. Would
like to re-write the Facts and Findings for the item mentioned above. Trent
seconded. ALL AYE... MOTION CARRIED...
B. PP-2-99 - Findinl!s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for Colon v II
Subdivision -Crail! and Kristen Van Enl!e~ Project Summary: Craig
and Kristen Van Engelen are requesting preliminary plat approval for
Colony n Subdivision, a 50.27-acre, 79 lot residential subdivision located on
the south side of Floating Feather Road approximately Y2-mile west of
Ballantyne Road.
Wilson made the motion to table PP-2-99 until item A to the next regular meeting.
Trent seconded. ALL AYE ...MOTION CARRIED.
Discussion took place on the pathways.
General discussion took place on the lack of communication between P&Z and
Council.
Discussion was brought up to have discussion at the end of the items to bring up
specific language for Staff Findings.
