is present.

A. CU-5-99 - Findinl!:s of Facts and Conclusions of Law for Washinl!:ton
Mutual Bank: Project Summary: Washington Mutual, represented by Martin
Hill with Callison Architecture, Inc., is requesting a conditional use permit for
a 5,OOO-square foot bank with drive-up service within Channel Center
Subdivision located at 468 S. Rivershore Lane. The site is located on the
southwest corner of new State Highway 44 and Eagle Road.
CU-7-99 - Findinl!:s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for Eal!:le United
Methodist Church: Project Summary: Eagle United Methodist Church,
represented by Bruce Poe with Cole Associates, is requesting a conditional use
permit for a 4,600-square foot expansion of the existing church. The 5.5-acre
site is located on the west side of Eagle Road approximately Yz-mile north of
State Street at 651 N. Eagle Road.
