CALL TO ORDER:
NOTE: The meeting was held in the outer office to allow for the City Council to complete the
meeting for the Eagle Library construction bidding process. This Planning & Zoning meeting was
not taped.
ROLL CALL:
BRINTON, FARNWORTH, MOSER, TRENT, WILSON
The following members were present: Brinton, Wilson, Trent. Absent Farnworth, Moser. A quorum is
present.

Moved by Trent to approve the minutes of May 4,1998 Seconded by Brinton. ALL AYE...

NEW BUSINESS:
A. Findin~s and Conclusions for Preliminary Plat for Lakeland Estates Subdivision: Project
Description - Ron Bath with Lakeland Investors, LLC is requesting preliminary plat approval for
Lakeland Estates Subdivision (revised plat), a 23-acre, 12-lot residential subdivision located
approximately 1,000 feet south of State Highway 44, west of old State Highway 55 (if extended).
Brinton introduces the issue.
Butler responds to the motion on item #3, concerning the easement on the right-a-way.
Trent would like page 16, item 3A, take out the word since.
Trent Moves to approve Findings and Conclusions for PP-2-98 for Lakeland Estates Subdivision
presented with the correction to Page 16, Item 3A for Lakeland Estates Subdivision. Seconded by
Wilson. ALL AYE. MOTION CARRIES...
