CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL: BRINTON, FARNWORTH, MOSER, TRENT, WILSON The following members were present: Brinton, Farnworth, Moser, Trent. Absent Wilson. A quorum is present. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL: Minutes of January 20, 1998, Special Meeting. Moved by Farnworth and Seconded by Moser to approve minutes from January 20,1998 Special Meeting, 6 p.m. as presented. ALL AYE... MOTION CARRIES. Minutes of January 20,1998, Moved by Moser and Seconded by Trent to revise minutes from January 20,1998 to continue approval until the next meeting. ALL AYE... MOTION CARRIES. OLD BUSINESS: None PUBLIC HEARINGS: None NEW BUSINESS: V-2-97 - Findings of Fact for a Variance for East Hills Development, LLC: The Zoning Administrator is requesting Commission approval of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for the variance application submitted by Roylance and Associates, representing East Hills Development, LLc. The 50,3-acre, 141-lot proposed residential subdivision is located on the northwest corner of Floating Feather Road and new State Highway 55, Brinton introduces the issue. Trent moves to approve V~2-97 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for a Variance for East Hills Development, LLC: Seconded by Moser. ALL AYE. MOTION CARRIES... PP-4-97 - LEXINGTON HILLS EAST SUBDIVISION (FORMERLY ECHO CREEK PHASES 5, 6, &7): The Zoning Administrator is requesting Commission approval of the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for preliminary plat application for Lexington Hills East Subdivision (formerly Echo Creek Phases 5,6, & 7), a 50.3-acre, 141-lot residential subdivision located on the northwest corner of Floating Feather Road and new State Highway 55, Brinton introduces the issue. Farnworth would like to see parts of Eagle available to house lower income individuals. Would like to see housing available for all income levels.
