EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING MINUTES
March 4, 1996
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on
March 4, 1996. Chairman BRADLEY presiding.
The following members were present: BERT BRADLEY,
RUSSEL MAYER, COLLEEN MAILE, FARRIN FARNWORTH.
DONALD BRINTON,
Moved by FARNWORTH and seconded by MAYER to approve the minutes of
the February 26, 1996, meeting with the following corrections:
Page 2, paragraph 4, should include "go ahead and hear the public
testimony" .
Page 2, questions regarding the 500 ft. of the well site should
read "may be within 500 ft".
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal: 96-08-CU-Gratiot: RT zoning in the County
does allow some commercial. There is a conflict with the Eagle
Comprehensive plan which designates the area as residential.
Paula Gratiot, property owner: They want to convert a barn for ~
receptions and weddings within the conditions of Ada County. It

Moved by MAYER and seconded by MAILE to approve the transmittal as
presented and to amend the motion to include a recommendation that
the property should be paved within 10 years. AYE: MAILE, MAYER,
BRINTON. NAY: BRADLEY, FARNWORTH. MOTION CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal: 96-01-Z0A Amending Title 8, Chapter 2,
Definitions & Chapter 5, Residential Districts, Ada County Code.
Moved by MAILE and seconded by FARNWORTH to accept the transmittal
as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal: 96-02-Z0A Amending Title 8, Chapters 10 &
12, Ada County Code.
Moved by BRINTON and seconded by MAILE to accept the transmittal as
presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.

City Report: Given by Mary Berent and Barbara Montgomery.
Discussion regarding a town meeting on the proposed amendments to
the Design Review Ordinance was discussed. The Commissioners
agreed that either April 22nd or April 29th are good meeting dates.
The City Clerk will set up a time and place for the town meeting
and report back to the Commission.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:00
