EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING MINUTES
January 9, 1995
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in special session on
January 9, 1995. Chairman SMITH resigned, Vice-Chairman BRADLEY
presiding.
The following members were present:
NANCY MERRILL, RUSSEL MAYER.
BERT BRADLEY,
DONALD BRINTON,
ELECTION OF OFFICERS: Nominations: Moved by BRINTON and seconded
by MERRILL to appoint BRADLEY as Chairman ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED. Moved by MERRILL and seconded by MAYER to appoint BRINTON
as Vice-Chairman. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by BRINTON and seconded by MAYER to approve the minutes of
the November 22, 1994 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal 94-70-PDR/94-32-PR Teal Lake Estates. Chris
Korti presented the proj ect to the Commissioners for a planned
residential development and private road. The developer is asking
for a waiver of street lights and curb, gutter and sidewalk. Moved
by BRINTON and seconded by MAYER to approve the transmittal with
the standard City of Eagle requirements plus the following:
1. Before final approval is granted an approved irrrigation plan
is developed
2. A single home owners association for maintenance of the common
area and quality of the ponds
3. A pathway be designated and striped along the roadway and a
pedestrian link be designated to provide access from east to west
{Park Lane to Linder Rd.}
4. In lieu of the street light requirement by the City of Eagle
that yard lights be incorporated as part of the covenants and that
a street light be located at the end of each cuI de sac.

MOTION CARRIED.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
