EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
March 7, 1994
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on
March 7, 1994. Chairman SMITH presiding.
The following members were present: KEN SMITH, BERT BRADLEY,
DONALD BRINTON, MARY BERENT, NANCY MERRILL.
Moved by BERENT and seconded by MERRILL to approve the minutes of
the March 7, 1994 meeting with the following correction: that the
wor.d "will" should be spelled out instead of w/ (page 1 paragraph
5) and High County Subdivision be changed to read High Count~y
Subdivision (page 2 paragraph 6) ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/ GRAHAM - CUP
Chairman SMITH announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on GRAHAM - Conditional Use Permit for a mobile
home on a lot where a dwelling already exists.
Applicant: Gary & Paula Sue Graham
Location: 525 Parkinson Randall Acres Sub. #15
Proposal: Conditional Use Permit for a mobile home
a dwelling already exist.
Public Testimony: In Favor: John Gray
on a lot where
Concerns of the public: obstruction of view of neighbors across
the street and to the side of the property. There is concern about
the sharp corner (90 degree) of Parkinson & Syringa if the mobile
home causes obstruction of view.
Public hearing closed at 7:47 p.m.
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by MERRILL to recommend approval of
the Conditional Use Permit with the following conditions: The
Mobile Home is to be situated on the property as not to be an
obstruction and that this is a temporary nature and a hardship case
that the Conditional Use Permit be granted for on year at a time
and has to be renewed annually. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW/
TATES RENTS
Moved by BERENT and seconded by BRINTON to accept the Findings as
presented ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Stan Bastian was not present for the Council report.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
