EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
November 1, 1993
The Eagle Planning and zoning Commission met in regular session on
November 1, 1993. Chairman SMITH presiding.
The following members were present: PAULINE HINMAN, BERT BRADLEY,
KEN SMITH, DONALD BRINTON, MARY BERENT.
Moved by BRINTON and seconded by HINMAN to approve the minutes of
the October 18, 1993 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/Curlew Subdivision
Chairman SMITH announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on Curlew Subdivision Preliminary Plat.
Applicant: Monte Silliman, Walnut Ridge Partnership
Owner: Tony and Jean Hickey
Location: SE of intersection of N. Edgewood Lane and Hill Rd.
(site of Avante Subdivision)
PROPOSED LAND USE AND ZONING: R4 - 7.0 acres, 27 buildable lots,
1 common lot, gross density 4.0. (Complete in one phase)
Public Testimony:
Pat Towne - questioned the Hill Rd. realignment.
No adverse testimony to the subdivision proposal.
Public hearing closed at 7:45 p.m.
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by HINMAN to continue the matter for
30 days, until the special meeting of November 30, in order to
obtain more information from ACHD. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
FINDINGS OF FACTS AND CONCLUSIONS OF
SUBDIVISION/CONDO PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT.

presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
The City Clerk reported on the activities of the City Council.
BRADLEY asked the City Clerk to wri te a letter to the Sewer
District Board requesting information on the capacity and current
conditions relating to the sewer district. How is expansion
accomplished and when will expansion be necessary?
