EAGLE PLANNING & ZONING MEETING
AUGUST 2, 1993
The Eagle Planning and zoning Commission met in regular session on
August 2, 1993. Chairman SMITH presiding.
The fol1owing members were present: PAULINE HINMAN, KEN SMITH,
DONALD BRINTON, MARY BERENT. Absent: BERT BRADLEY
Moved by BERENT and seconded by BRINTON to approve the minutes of
the July 19, 1993 with the following change:
1.
Page 2, under Ada County Transmittal 93-40-CU-Hudson change
wording from representation to representative.
ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING - Englund/Leong CUP - Manufactured Home
Chairman SMITH announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on an application for a CUP for a manufactured
home.

635 W S. Channel Road, Eagle
to place a manufactured home on an existing lot
Mr. Englund, the applicant would like to place a 1760 sq. ft.
manufactured home on his property for his daughter and family to
reside in. Mr. Englund had a heart attack and needs help to run
his farm. The property consists of 5 acres in the agricultural
zoning district.
Briggs & Assoc. is doing the engineering for the floodplain
certification and placement of the manufactured home on the
property. The engineering report should ready within a week.

Kathryn Leong, Robert Leong and Shirley Englund.
Public hearing closed at 7:51 p.m.
Commission discussed that they would like to see the engineering
report showing the placement of the home and further information
from Central District Health on the septic.
Moved by BRINTON and seconded by HINMAN to' continue the matter
until the August 16, 1993, in order to review the engineering
report and further information from Central District Health. ALL
AYE: MOTION CARRIED.

Moved by BRINTON and seconded by HINMAN to approve as presented.

CUP: Moved by HINMAN and seconded by BERENT to approve as
presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Kelli Blair reported on the activities of the City Council.
Donald Brinton complimented the City Council on the way they
handled the meeting on July 27, 1993.
