The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on
December 28, 1992. Chairman GERBER presiding.
The following members were present: LLOYD GERBER, BERT BRADLEY,
KEN SMITH, DONALD BRINTON, MARY BERENT. Absent: PAULINE HINMAN
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by SMITH to approve the minutes of
the December 7, 1992 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/Melvins Eagle Point '6.
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by BERENT to approve the findings and
conclusions as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/Eagle United Methodist Church:
Chairman GERBER announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit application by the
Eagle United Methodist Church and the Boise YMCA for a day care
center to be incorporated in the church.
Applicant: Larry Martin, Pastor EUM Church, Karen Stark, YMCA
representative
Location: N of Eagle Elementary School on Eagle Rd.
proposal: Day care center for before and after school children,
and all day summer, age includes Kindergarten.
Public Testimony: none
Public hearing closed at 7:50 p.m.
Moved by SMITH and seconded by BERENT to accept the application as
presented and to commend the use of the property for a day care

Moved by SMITH and seconded by BRINTON to approve the minutes of
T the December 28, 1992 meeting with a change to the portion of the
t minutes known as the Council Report. A report was given but was
d not indicated in the minutes that a part of the report was regard-
ing the 1992 proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments by name. The
T minutes should reflect that it was about the plan. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
