EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
November 2, 1992
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on
November 2, 1992. Chairman GERBER presiding.
The following members were present: LLOYD GERBER, PAULINE HINMAN,
BERT BRADLEY, KEN SMITH, DONALD BRINTON, MARY BERENT.
Moved by HINMAN and seconded by SMITH to approve the minutes of the
October 19, 1992 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/Sinclair-Variance. Moved
by BRADLEY and seconded by HINMAN to approve the findings and
conclusions as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/LEXINGTON #2-Variance.
Moved by BRINTON and seconded by SMITH to approve the findings and
conclusions as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ada County Transmittals: Ron Stone/Stoney Acres: 92-50-PDR-92-36-PR
Moved by BRINTON and seconded by HINMAN to recommend denial of the
Ada County Transmittal as the project is in conflict with the Eagle
Comprehensive Plan, Community Design as follows: All new
subdivisions, PUD's with densities of more than three single family
dwelling units per five acres shall be required to A. be connected
to a central sewer system (B) a central water facility which is
defined as a water system approved by Central District Health and
Eagle City Standards--. Further if this transmittal is approved a
cul-de-sac be created. This subdivision must meet Central District
Health code. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
STATE OF IDAHO TRANSPORTATION UPDATE: Presentation given to P&Z
Commissioners by Dick Critser, representative of ITD regarding the
new realignment of Highway 55. Mr. Critser indicated the
Alternative Route (bypass) will be under construction in 1992. The
realignment of Highway 55 will start in 1993.
