July 6,1992
The Eagle Planning and zoning Commission met in regular session on
July 6, 1992. Chairman Gerber presiding.
The following members were present: LLOYD GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT,
BERT BRADLEY. Absent: PAULINE HINMAN, KEN SMITH.
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by BENNETT to approve the minutes of
the June 15, 1992 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/ Eagle Point #4
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by BENNETT to approve the findings
and conclusions as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ada County Transmittal: Ugalde: 91-04-TLQ, 92-19-V
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by BENNETT to return to Ada County a
no comment on the Ada County Transmittal/Ugalde. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
Eagle Comprehensive Plan discussion on final draft:
1. Application submitted by Harold Brush be accepted and move
toward including the property into the Eagle Impact Area by
negotiating with the Ada County Commissioners. Moved by BRADLEY
and seconded by BENNETT to accept the application according to the
legal description of the Eagle City Engineer. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
2. Application submitted by H & 0 Investments be accepted and move
toward including the property known as the "Floating Feather
Airport" property into the Eagle Impact Area by negotiating with
the Ada County Commissioners. Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by
Bennett to accept the application with the following description of
the property: commencing at the N boundary of the City of Boise
Impact area boundary and the W to Section 12 boundary. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
3. To accept the final draft of the Eagle Comprehensive changes as
submitted, subject to legal review by the Eagle City Attorney and
to set a public hearing upon receipt of said review. Moved by
BENNETT and seconded by BRADLEY. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
