June 1, 1992
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on
June 1, 1992. Chairman GERBER presiding.
The following members were present: LLOYD GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT,
PAULINE HINMAN, BERT BRADLEY, KEN SMITH.
Moved by HINMAN and seconded by BENNETT to approve the minutes of
the May 18, 1992 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
TAYLOR REZONE-continued from May 18, 1992
Chairman GERBER announced that this was the time and place set for
a continued hearing on the Taylor application for rezone on Park
Rd. from CBD to R5.
Moved by BRADLEY and seconded by HINMAN to recommend approval of
the rezone as the property is currently in residential use and it
is the desire of the property owners to continue with that use.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ada County Transmittal: 92-24-PDR/92-17-PR/HESSE SUBDIVISION
Representative for the project Pat Tieley presented the proposal to
the Commission. This project is a 3 lot PDR with a private road to
access the development. The property contains 4.99 acres and is
located at 1700 W. Floating Feather Rd.
Moved by SMITH and seconded by HINMAN to approve Ada County
Transmittal with conditions presented by staff, with one additional
condition, that the road easement be 50 feet wide not 30 feet wide.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Changes to the upcoming comprehensive plan were discussed. City
Hall has received recommendations on land use and transportation,
previously discussed by P&Z and Council. Also received were the
recommendations of the Fire District, Sewer District, and Parks
Committee.
Councilman Eason reported on activities regarding Island Woods
Subdivision, ~,Ouðnijelmire proposal and informed the Commissioners
of the f°rØ.~1)n1E.ðt;)~~e water company.
