The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in a workshop session
on January 20, 1992, at 7:00 p.m. Chairman GERBER presiding.
The following members were present: LLOYD GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT,
PAULINE HINMAN, LEE MITCHELL, BERT BRADLEY, KEN SMITH.
Others in attendance: Dennis Crooks, APA Project Manager, Larry
Sale, Briggs Engineering Inc., Thomas Eason, Councilman.
AMENDMENTS TO THE EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:
Discussion involved a land use map as presented by Dennis Crooks.
The Commission made suggestions to changes to the map and future
land use intent. It was determined that a land use map should be
more generalized than the previous Horizons Task Force map, and the
current Comprehensive map is too general.
Dennis Crooks will present a corrected map at the next regularly
