EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
December 16, 1991
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on December 16, 1991. Vice Chairman GERBER presiding.
The following members were present: LLOYD GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT,
KATHRYN MCPEAK, LEE MITCHELL, BERT BRADLEY, KEN SMITH. Absent:
PAULINE HINMAN.
Moved by MITCHELL and seconded by BRADLEY to approve the minutes
of the December 2, 1991 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/ Fall Creek annexation,
zoning and preliminary subdivision plat. Moved by MCPEAK and
seconded by BRADLEY to approve the findings and conclusions as
presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
HORIZONS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PROPOSAL:
A general workshop discussion regarding a proposal for a new
comprehensive plan. Members reviewed the document to page 26.
The members were advised that the City Attorney and a staff
member of APA were reviewing the document. The members indicated
they would like an opportunity to study those findings. KEN
SMITH presented the members with additional changes and asked the
members to review the material in order to address his changes at
the next meeting. A motion was made by MITCHELL and seconded by
SMITH delay the public hearing process on this document until
July, 1992 so that changes can be made in a slower and more
orderly manner. MITCHELL rescinded the motion. Moved by
MITCHELL and seconded by BRADLEY to meet again on December 30,
1991 at 7:30, in special session, to go over the material
presented tonight and attempt to meet the January 1 deadline as
required by the current Comprehensive Plan. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:50
p.m.
