EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
NOVEMBER 25, 1991
Workshop
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in an informal
session on November 25, 1991. Vice Chairman GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present: LOGAN BENNETT, KATHRYN
MCPEAK, KEN SMITH, BERT BRADLEY, LEE MITCHELL. Absent: PAULINE
HINMAN.
Eagle Planning and Zoning Commissioners met with Mayor Guerber,
Council man Rick Yzaguirre, and Tom Eason to discuss current
plans and ordinances of the City of Eagle. The meeting was for
the benefit of the new members of the Commission appointed by
Mayor Guerber.
Further discussion took place between the Commissioners, Larry
Sale, representing the City's Engineering firm, Briggs Eng., and
the City Clerk, Barbara Montgomery regarding City policy, the
format of public hearings, and the criteria and conditions on
public hearings.
