EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
NOVEMBER 18, 1991
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on November 18, 1991. Vice Chairman GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present: LOGAN BENNETT, KATHRYN
MCPEAK, KEN SMITH, BERT BRADLEY, LEE MITCHELL. Absent: PAULINE
HINMAN.
Moved by MCPEAK and seconded by BENNETT to approve the minutes of
November 4, 1991 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/ A Development Agreement between a developer and
the City of Eagle, Ordinance 194:
Vice Chairman GUERBER announced that this was the time and place
set for a public hearing on the proposed agreement.
There was no public testimony. Public hearing closed at 7:40
p.m., and discussion took place by the Commissioners.
Moved by MCPEAK and seconded by MITCHELL to recommend approval of
Ordinance 194 to the City Council. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/ HUNTER RIDGE
SUBDIVISION. Moved by BENNETT and seconded by MCPEAK to approve
the findings and conclusions with a correction to the findings.
The condition that lot 21 be deleted was omitted from the
findings and should be included for record. AYE: MCPEAK,
BENNETT, BRADLEY. Abstain: SMITH, MITCHELL. MOTION CARRIED.
COUNCIL REPORT:
Rick Yzaguirre reported Council activities to the Commissioners.
The Commissioners requested a tentative meeting date with the
Council members for October 25, at 7:00 p.m. The Commissioners
would like to meet with Larry Sale, a representative for Briggs
Eng., the City's engineering firm, and Barbara Montgomery, Eagle
City Clerk for a training session on Title 67, after the meeting
with Council.
