EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
September 30,1991
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on September 30, 1991. Chairman EASON presiding.
The following members were present:
KATHRYN MCPEAK, PAULINE HINMAN.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by MCPEAK to approve the minutes of
the September 16, 1991 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
LLOYD GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT,
PUBLIC HEARING/Amending the Eagle City Code to allow mobile homes
occupied by a family member to be located upon a lot upon which a
single family dwelling is located.
Chairman EASON announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on Ordinance 192, amending the Eagle City Code,
Section 8-3-2.
Public Testimony:none
Public hearing closed at 7:35 p.m.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to recommend denial to
the Council. The Ordinance is detrimental to the City, esthetics
values of the property owner and difficult to control. AYE:
GERBER, BENNETT, HINMAN. ABSTAIN: MCPEAK. MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ada County Transmittal: 91-49-cu/Jackson: (storage building)
Moved by MCPEAK and seconded by HINMAN to recommend approval of
this transmittal. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal: 91-51-cu/Eberhardt: (storage building)
Moved by BENNETT and seconded by HINMAN to recommend approval of
this transmittal. ALL AYE: ,MOTION CARRIED.
