EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
June 3,1991
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on June 3, 1991. Chairman EASON presiding.
The following members were present:
BENNETT, KATHRYN MCPEAK, PAULINE HINMAN.
LLOYD GERBER, LOGAN
Moved by HINMAN and seconded by MCPEAK to approve the minutes of
the April 15, 1991 meeting with a correction to omit the name Ken
Tewksbury from roll call. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law/ TOWNE REZONE. Moved by
MCPEAK and seconded by BENNETT to approve the findings and
conclusions as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/Cox
Chairman EASON announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on a lot line adjustment in the Eagle Impact
Area as required by section SO-1306A and 50-1325 of Idaho Code,
and section 8-10-6C of the Ada County Code.
Applicant: Glen and Erma Cox (not present at hearing)
Location: 2289 N. Eagle Rd.
Proposal: lot line adjustment as required
Public Testimony: none
Public hearing closed at 7:40 p.m.
Moved by HINMAN and seconded by GERBER to approve the application
with the recommendation that side and rear lot line easements
for public utilities, irrigation and drainage be relocated to the
new lot line and that a statement be placed on the record of
survey verifying the relocation of the easement. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/Dowding
Chairman EASON announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit to allow residential
use in a C2 district and to build a 2 car garage.
Applicant: Ray Dowding (not present at hearing)
Location: 101 Eagle Glen Ln. Eagle
Proposal: Conditional Use permit
Public Testimony: Nancy Suiter (questioned water source)
Public hearing closed at 8:00 p.m.
Moved by BENNETT and seconded by GERBER to deny the request as it
is a violation of code, water question not answered. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
Appointment of a Vice Chairman
Moved by MCPEAK and seconded by BENNETT to appoint GERBER as Vice
Chairman of Planning and Zoning Commission.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:25
