EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
December 17, 1990
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on December 17, 1990. Chairman EASON presiding.
The following members were present: KEN TEWKSBURY, LLOYD
GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT, KATHRYN MCPEAK. Absent: PAULINE HINMAN.
Moved by TEWKSBURY and second~d by MCPEAK to approve the minutes
of the December 3, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-55-PDR/CONNOLLY: Moved by GERBER and
seconded by MCPEAK to approve the transmittal, provided the
developer meets ACHD standards and the street be dedicated to
ACHD. AYE: GERBER, BENNETT, MCPEAK. NAY: TEWKSBURY. MOTION
CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-62-PDR/Middleton: Moved by TEWKSBURY
to deny the transmittal based on the Comprehensive Plan Page 13,
paragraph 4, Density within the impact area, one unit per 5
acre; this subdivision is a density of 3 per 5 acres. Also, the
Comprehensive Plan, Page 20 requires central sewer and water for
this density. (3 per 5 acres) ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
CREEKS END SUBDIVISION:
Moved by MCPEAK and seconded by GERBER to reconsider the motion
made regarding this matter on December 3, 1990 to continue the
public hearing until March 4, 1990. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by MCPEAK and seconded by GERBER to continue the public
hearing on Creeks End Subdivision until the January 7, 1991
Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to provide
applicants with an opportunity to submit the additional
information requested by the Commission. Those items are as
follows:

Water study completed
Provide sewer and water line routes
Consider the rezone of C3 to R5-the subdivision encroaches
into the C3 zone
Drainage questions answered
Subdivision renamed
Cul-De-Sac streets by ordinance should be no more than 500
ft. some appear to be more

The request for information are based on the findings of the
Commission from Title 9-1-3 (A-F) General Subdivision
provisions/Purpose, 9-2-3 (C2-3-e) intended use of the proposed
subdivision, such as residential, commercial --- and 9-3-2-1 (G)
Cul-De-Sac Streets. AYE: GERBER, BENNETT, MCPEAK. NAY:
TEWKSBURY. MOTION CARRIED.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:30
p.m.
