EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
OCTOBER 15, 1990
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on October 15, 1990. Vice Chairman TEWKSBURY presiding in
Chairman EASON'S absence.
The following members were present: KEN TEWKSBURY, LLOYD
GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT AND KATHRYN MCPEAK.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT TO approve the minutes of
October 1, 1990 with the following changes:
Ada County Transmittal: 90-53-PDR/McEnroe: Add
5. There will be and extension of the road when and if they
continue the subdivison.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/HIGGINS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
Vice Chairman TEWKSBURY announced that this was the time and
place set for a public hearing on Higgins Condition Use Permit
for a mobile home in a residential zone.

Moved by Gerber and seconded by McPeak to recomend approval with
the following conditions:
1. Must hookup to Central Sewer
2. CUP will be limited to the time that relatives will by
living in the mobile home.

MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/ POPE AIKENS REZONE/VARIANCE:
Vice Chairman TEWKSBURY announced that this was the time and
place set for a Public Hearing on a rezone and variance.

Moved by Gerber and seconded by MCPEAK to approve the
Findings of Fact Conclusions of Law/Eagle United Methodist
Church/CUP as presented.
