EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
OCTOBER 1, 1990
The Eagle Planning and zoning Commission met in regular session
on October 1, 1990. Chairman EASON presiding.
The following members were present:
GERBER, LOGAN BENNETT, KATHRYN MCPEAK.
Moved by GERBER and seconded ~y MCPEAK to approve the minutes of
the September 10, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
KEN TEWKSBURY, LLOYD
PUBLIC HEARING/EAGLE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH:
Chairman EASON announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on Eagle United Methodist Church/CUP.
TEWKSBURY: Declared a conflict of interest as he is -a member of
the church and on the building committee.

Public hearing closed at 8:05 p.m.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to approve the
application as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ada County Transmittal: 90-53-PDR/McEnroe: Planned Residential
Development for an 18 lot subdivision and rezone from RT (Rural
Transition) to Rl (Estate Residential). Moved by TEWKSBURY and
seconded by GERBER to recommend denial of the application based
on the following:
1. the area is outside the urban service planning area and in
the impact area which requires 5 acres per unit under the
guidelines of the Eagle Comprehensive Plan.

the area contains 17 lots and only one entrance

4. Eagle will promote the building of public roads, not private
