AUGUST 20, 1990
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on August 20, 1990. Vice Chairman TEWKSBURY presiding, in
Chairman EASON'S absence.
The Following members were pre~ent:

Moved by BENNETT and Seconded by GERBER to approve the minutes of
the August 6, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/EAGLE RIDGE VARIANCES:

PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED/EAGLE POINTE SUBDIVISON REZONE
Public Hearing closed at 8:30 p.m.
Moved by GERBER seconded by BENNETT TO recommend approval of
Eagle pointe Subdivision rezone from Agricultural to R-4 to Eagle
City Council. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to recommend approval of
Eagle pointe Subdivisions Preliminary Platt to Eagle City
Council.
PUBLIC HEARING/TITLE 8 AMMENDMENTS

Ordinance 169 Design Review
Moved by GERBER seconded by BENNETT to recommend approval of
Ordinance #169 Design Review to Eagle City Council. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
Ordinance 170 Eagle Comp Plan
Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to recommed approval of
Ordinance #170 Eagle Comp Plan to Eagle City Council. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to continue the Public
Hearing on Title 8 ammendments Ordinance 171 through 173. ALL
AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal 90-49-CU Verle Breshears: A conditional
use permit to allow construction of an accessory building over
900 square feet in size. Located at 387 Knobhill Drive.
Moved by GERBER seconded by BENNETT to recommend approval of Ada
County Transmittal 90-49-CU to Eagle City Council.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal 90-34-V Lois Joplin: Application for a
variance from the required setback of 100 feet from the Boise
River Floodway (Boise River Greenway).
Moved By GERBER seconded by BENNETT to recommend approval of Ada
County Transmittal 90-34-V To Eagle City Council.
AYE: GERBER, BENNETT NAY: TEWKSBURY MOTION CARRIED.
