EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING
AUGUST 6, 1990
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on August 6, 1990. Chairman EASON presiding.
The following members were present:

Moved by TEWKSBURY and seconded by GERBER to approve the minutes
of the July 16, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/EAGLE POINTE SUBDIVISION, REZONE

acre, to build a 125 lot subdivision.
Public hearing opened and testimony questioning the proposal was

Concerns:
Drainage, Water Pressure, Traffic through Pebble Beach
Way and Density of homes.
Moved by Gerber and seconded by Bennett to continue public
hearing untill the next scheduled P&Z meeting, August 20, 1990 in
order to investigate water supply.
PUBLIC HEARING/ HI VALLEY RV PARK

There was no opposing Testimony.
Public Hearing Closed.
Moved by Tewksbury and seconded by Bennett to recommed approval
to council with conditions.
1. Must be hooked up to City Sewer
2. Water system must be installed properly and must hook up to
central water as soon as it is available
3. Must meet with the Design Review Committe to approve Plans
NEW BUSINESS:
Citizen 2000 Group/Eagle Citizen for Responsible Development
DISCUSSION/ Concerned Citizens regarding growth in the City of
Eagle would like to work with Planning and zoning and Council.

NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED:
Ada County Transmittal 90-15-PR C.V. Rutledge: A private road to
clarify access to a 6.25 acre parcel, known as parcel 3 of
Ballantyne Acreage. The parcel is located in the southwest
quarter of Section 6, T.4N., R.1E.
Moved by Tewksbury and seconded by BENNETT to recommend approval.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved By Gerber and seconded by Tewksbury to adjourn the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
