EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING
July 2 ,1990
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on July 2, 1990. Chairman EASON presiding.
The following members were present:
GERBER. Absent: LOGAN BENNETT.
KEN TEWKSBURY, LLOYD
Moved by TEWKSBURY and secondeq by GERBER to approve the minutes
of the June 18, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/RIVERSTONE TOWNHOUSES, PUD-CUP,REZONE
Chairman EASON announced that this was the time and place set for
a public hearing on Riverstone Townhouses.

Public hearing closed at 8:10 p.m.
Public Testimony:
Moved by GERBER and seconded by EASON to approve the application
for a PUD/CUP as presented. AYE: GERBER, EASON. NAY:
TEWKSBURY. MOTION CARRIED. It was the determination of the
commissioners that a rezone was not needed, but recommended final
decision regarding it would be left to the Eagle City Council.
NEW BUSINESS: Presentation by Councilman Tom Minow representing
a core committee group interested in the growth and a master plan
regarding the Eagle impact area. The group are concerned about
the density of the impact area, a master plan guiding the growth
and protection of the Eagle corridors. The committee will begin
meetings as of July 9th, 7:00 p.m. at City Hall and will include
in the committee 4 core members, Tom Minow, Lloyd Gerber and Tom
Eason.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:00
p.m.
