EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE MAY 7, 1990 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on May 7, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. Vice Chairman TEWKSBURY presiding,
in Chairman EASON'S absence.
Roll call showed the following members present:
BENNETT, TEWKSBURY, GERBER.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to approve the minutes
of the April 16, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING/EAGLE RANCH 4A PLAT:
Location of Property: Palmetto Dr. lots 49-58
Proposal: amend the Eagle Ranch Subdivision
patio home lots to 5 single family dwelling lots
Request: amendment of plat and variances
Applicant: Ted Porter, Gale Stevens, Jerri Wolfe
Representatives spoke in favor of the proposal, there was no
opposition. Jerri Wolfe described the plat and explained the
project. Public hearing closed and was opened to discussion.

Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to grant variances on
lots 51,52,53, but not on 49 and 50, to recommend amending the
plat from 10 patio lots to 5 single family lots. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-15-PDR/HANSON: A request for 5 acre
lots on Beacon Light Rd., 100 ft. W. of Highway 55. Moved by
GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to recommend approval. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-26-CU/MCNEFF: A conditional use for a
building over 900 sq. ft. on private property. Moved by GERBER
and seconded by BENNETT to recommend approval. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 90-27-CU/ID. TRANSPORTATION DEPT. A
conditional use for- a rock crusher in an ITD gravel pit. Moved by
GERBER and seconded by BENNETT ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by GERBER and'seconded by BENNETT to adjourn the meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
