EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE APRIL 16, 1990 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on April 16, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. ,Vice Chairman EASON presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
BENNETT, TEWKSBURY, GERBER.
EASON,
Moved by TEWKSBURY and seconded by BENNETT to approve the minutes
of the April 2, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Election of Planning and zoning Officers.
Moved by GERBER and seconded by TEWKSBURY to nominate EASON as
the Eagle Planning and zoning Chairman. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED. Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to nominate
TEWKSBURY as Vice President. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: MCCALLUM ANNEXATION AND
ZONING R-l. Moved by GERBER and seconded by BENNETT to approve
the findings as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY HIGHWAY DEPT. VACATION OF ROAD TO WINWARD RIVER
HEIGHTS AND CLEARVIEW ESTATES. RESCINDED PER ACHD.
Moved by TEWKSBURY and seconded by BENNETT to adjourn the
meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
