EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE APRIL 2, 1990 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on March 19, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. VICE CHAIRMAN EASON presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
BENNETT, TEWKSBURY. Absent: GERBER
EASON,
Moved by BENNETT and seconded by TEWKSBURY to approve the minutes
of the March 19, 1990 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS: Ada County Transmittal 90-08-PDR/Hall: Moved by
TEWKSBURY and seconded by BENNETT, by this transmittal it is not
possible to tell where the 2 homes are, we may be creating an
illegal parcel, with the 2 acre parcel not being a part,
therefore, the recommendation to Council is that we do not act on
this transmittal until we are provided additional information.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Ada County Transmittal 90-09-PDR/Hoffman: Moved by TEWKSBURY and
seconded by BENNETT to recommend to Council to question the size
of the lots, as one appears too small and the others are
questionable according to the Eagle Comprehensive Plan, and where
the interior roads will be, in the future, before passage of this
transmittal. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by TEWKSBURY and seconded by BENNETT to table the
discussion on Title 7 and 8 (design review) and to notify the
members of the Design Review Committee that P&Z is opening this
portion of the code for discussion. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
STUDY OF THE 2010 TRANSPORTATION REPORT: BENNETT will be
attending the APA Transportation Committee meeting on April 3rd.
Since that report is regarding the bypass BENNETT was asked by
the City Clerk to give the report to Council on April 10th.
Moved by TEWKSBURY and seconded by BENNETT to adjourn the
meeting. The time was 8:15 P.M.
