EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 5, 1990 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on February 5, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. Chairman SINCLAIR presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
BENNETT, GERBER, TEWKSBURY.
EASON,
Moved by GERBER and seconded by EASON to approve the minutes of
the January 22, 1990 meeting. ,ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING: Edgewood Subdivision/Annexation and Zone R-4.
The proposal is for a 40 acre subdivision, dividing the parcel
into 101-102 lots, less than 3 lots pr acre. Some of the lots
would be 95X120, some smaller but more larger. This would be
accomplished by phasing into 2 or 3 phases, ~he ti~t bQ~g ~ ~f
~~n-EQg9WOQd, the first hase would be the west art of the
ro ert on the east side of Ed ewood the second would be the
Floating Feather side, the same with the third. They intend to
install a pressurized irrigation system for yard maintenance.

Billie L. Day
Howard and Lucy Schutz
There was no opposing testimony.
The public hearing closed and discussion by P&Z resulted in a
motion by GERBER, seconded by TEWKSBURY to recOmmend approval of
the application and to annex the property to the City of Eagle
and zone the area R-4. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
TITLE 8: Report given by YZMUIRRE on the set back regulations,
indicating that the Eagle Fire Dept. had no objections to
reducing the set backs in residential areas. The report from the
City Engineer was tabled until the meeting on February 26th, when
the engineer is able to attend the meeting.
FINDING OF FACTS/CONCLUSIONS OF LAW/LOBDELL: Moved by TEWKSBURY
and seconded by GERBER to approve the findings for denial of
rezone the property in question. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
FINDINGS OF FACTS/CONCLUSIONS OF LAW/SWANSON: Moved by GERBER
and seconded by TEWKSBURY to approve the findings for approval of
a rezone of the property in question. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.

It was established that the P&Z members would again add the set
back issue to the agenda for February 26th, and asked that both
the building inspector and the city attorney be present.
