The Eagle planning & Zoning Commission met in regular session on
December 19, 1988. Chairman WILSON presiding.

Roll call showed the following members present:

Motion made by WATSON and seconded by EASON to approve the
Minutes of the December 5, ~988 meeting. All Aye: Motion

Moved by EASON and seconded by NYBORG to recommend approval of
III and 113 of Transportation Component to the Comp plan as
follows:

Encourage development of a by-pasS road south of the
City center, connecting with State Street on the east
in the vicinity of Edgewood Lane and Eagle Road as
close to the City center as possible on the west.
permit airports within the area of City impact only in
zones in which airports are permitted uses.

Moved by EASON and seconded by NYBORG to recommend approval of
#12 of Transportation Component to the Comp plan to read as
follows:

Developers of property located adjacent to arterial
highways and State street should be responsible for
providing means for internal traffic circulation and
assuring access to adjacent properties through the use of
such devices as frontage or collector roads, clustering of
~velo~ent activities, shared access, setbacks for future
rightS-of-way, and provision of turn bqs and turn lanes,
and minimizing curb cuts.
