EAGLE PLANNING AND ZONING
MINUTES OF THE SEPTEMBER 26, 1988 MEETING
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in a workshop
session on September 26, 1988. Vice-Chairman WATSON presiding,
in Chairman Wilson's absence.
Roll call showed the following members present:
NYBORG, SMITH. Absent: EASON, RUTLEDGE.
Moved by SINCLAIR and seconded by SMITH to adopted the minutes
of the September 6, 1988 meeting with a correction on page 3, 4th
paragraph from the bottom, the addition to the sentence" to be
presented to the council". ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
SINCLAIR,
NEW BUSINESS: Ada County Transmittal 88-62-CU/Wolfgram, for a
private storage building 50 X 80 in the back portion of their
land. Moved by SINCLAIR and seconded by SMITH to recommend
approval of this transmittal, as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY CITY CODE AMENDMENTS: SERVICE STATION/TIME
EXTENSIONS: Moved by SINCLAIR and seconded by NYBORG to
recommend approval as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
FINDINGS OF FACT/CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: BANBURY: Vacation of
Pedestrian Easement. Moved by NYBORG and seconded by SINCLAIR to
approve as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
FINDINGS OF FACT/CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: TREASURE VALLEY MOBILE HOME
PARK/ PHASING THE PROJECT: Moved by SINCLAIR and seconded by
SMITH to approve as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
FINDINGS OF FACT/CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: GERBER: REZONE: Moved by
NYBORG and seconded by SINCLAIR to approve as presented. ALL
AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
DISCUSSION: SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS (PAGE 1): Moved by
SINCLAIR and seconded by SMITH to adopt the first page of the
district regulations presented tonight with the following
changes:
Addition to Agricultural zoning - Processing Plant'for Ag. &
Dairy Products - Permitted zones P,M1,M2.
Apartment House zoning - Conditional Use Zones
R,LO,C1,C2,C3.
Single Family Dwelling - Permitted in the AR zone.

Home Occupation - Add Conditional to AR zone
Air Terminal and Aircraft landing Field omitted, the word
"Airport" will replace both and will be permitted in only
the CA zone.
Amusement centers, indoors only - add Conditional in the CA
zone. Omit Billiard, pool room, Bowling Alley from the
schedule to combine with this use.
Auction Yard - Conditional Use in A,C1,C2 zones
Auto sales - add Conditional to CA zone, and Permitted to
C2 zone.
Bakery - omit "or bakery goods store" add Bakery plant as a
Conditional Use in C1,C2,C3.
Bar - Conditional Use in CA,C1,C2,C3,CBD
Barber, beauty shop - Ad Conditional Use to AR, R zones and
Permitted to CA Zone.
Cabinet Shop - Conditional Use in C1,C2,C3,CBD.

Auction - Definition: A yard and lor Building used for the
purpose of auction livestock, farm equipment, motor
vehicles, and lor other merchandise on a scheduled basis.
Bakery Plant - Definition:

Bank - Definition:

Cabinet Shop - Definition: The manufacture of cabinets and
related products for wholesale or retail use.
