MINUTES
JUNE 7, 1988
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on June 7, 1988. Chairman WILSON presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
SINCLAIR, SMITH. Absent: EASON, NYBORG
WATSON,
Moved by WATSON and seconded by SINCLAIR to approve the minutes
of the May 3rd meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by SMITH and seconded by WATSON to add to the agenda Ada
County Transmittal 88-03-SP, Storehouse Church. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
Moved by WATSON and seconded by SMITH to recommend approval of
Ada County Transmittal 88-02-VAC, Ramon Yorgason, as presented.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by SINCLAIR and seconded by SMITH to recommend disapproval
of Ada County Transmittal 88-19-TLQ based on the fact that the
Eagle Planning and Zoning lacks enough information on the
transmittal in order to make a decision. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
Moved by WATSON and seconded by SMITH to recommend approval of
Ada County Transmittal 88-30-CU with the condition that the water
and sewer facilities are addressed by the appropriate agencies.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by WATSON and seconded by SMITH to recommend approval of
Ada County Transmittal 88-05-PR. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by WATSON and seconded by SINCLAIR to recommend approval of
Ada County Transmittal 88-06-PR. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by WATSON and seconded by SMITH to recommend disapproval of
Ada County Transmittal 88-03-SP based on the fact that the
request was initiated by a tenant, not the owner of the property.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
POLICY MANUAL: Discussion tabled until after the meeting now
being scheduled by Ada County Highway.
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSION OF LAW/KARPACH: Moved by WATSON
and seconded by SMITH to approve as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
