MINUTES
MAY 3, 1988
The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session
on May 3, 1988. Chairman WILSON presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:
SINCLAIR, NYBORG, EASON. SMITH absent.
WATSON,
Moved by WATSON and seconded by EASON to approve the minutes of
the April 5, 1988 meeting as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION
CARRIED.
PUBLIC HEARING: KARPACH VARIANCE- Speaking for, and in
representation of the Variance Application, was Robert DeShazo.
There was no opposition to the project present.
Discussion took place regarding the zero clearance as stated in
the covenants of that particular subdivision. Moved by WATSON
and seconded by EASON to recommend approval of the requested
Variance and to show a rear set-back variance from the required
25 foot set-back to a 15'3" set-back variance, and in addition to
grant an additional side set-back variance of 1 foot 6 inches.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 88-15-CU, STORAGE BUILDING: Moved by
EASON and seconded by WATSON to recommend approval of the
transmittal as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL 88-03-PR, PRIVATE ROAD: Moved by EASON
and seconded by WATSON to recommend approval of the transmittal
as presented. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
ADA COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS-RURAL: Moved by EASON
and seconded by WATSON to recommend to Eagle City council that
the amendments to the Ada County Comp., Plan-Rural Area, be
approved with a modification that in Section 6.5-2.2 a upper
case "N" be used in non-farm. No additional comments. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by EASON and seconded by WATSON to table the discussion
regarding the Schedule of District Regulations until the next
meeting. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
