The Eagle Planning and Zoning C~ission met in regular session
on March 15, 1988. Chairman WILSON presiding.
Roll call sh~d the following members present: NYBORG, SrNC~IR,
SMITH, WATSON. EASON absent. Chairman WILSON presiding.
Moved by NYBORG and seconded by SINCLAIR to approve the minutes
of the February 16, 1988 meeting as presented. ÆL AYE: ~TI~

DISCUSSION TITLE 8 AND TITLE 9: C~ittee fo=ed to ~rk on a
new Zone and definition of that zone, to incor~rate in the City
Code District Regulations. NYBORG and SMITH will study the
definition of a AR~ Zone (Agriculture-ReSidential, one unit per
5 acres). The A, Agriculture zone that now exists should be
amended to indicate rotection of a riculture uses and
activities, not protection of the land, as "prime" Agriculture
has been removed from the Compo plan and the subject is a
economic matter. In addition to .0 5 zoning, another proposed
zone would be one for an airport and those designations around an
airport. SINCLAIR volunteered to work out a airport zoning
definition for land use appropriate to an airport.
