EA~LE RIDGE SUBDIVISION: Chairman WILSON announced that this was tho' time and place for a public hearing on Eagle ~idqe Subdivision. Application n)r the subdivision was presented by Walt Wojcik, Pat Teaicy, and Harley Carson. The request is for a replat of the subdivision. The subdivision was platted in the early 1980's and provides for two Cul,1esacs and 25 lots. The developer would like to eliminate the culdcsClcs cì'lr1 provide for a through street (private) with two additional lots. Tho' reason for the change, in the developers view, is that the lots arc 'lot ~uil~able on sections 1,2,7~ and 24 with Eagle'~ setback requirer1ert~. Pat Tealey, the surveyor, stated that the private road would be buil 0 to Ada County Speci fica tions. REVIEW OF TITLE 8 and 9: Moved by EASON and seconded by HAMMONS to amend Title 8 to accomodate standard exceptions in an established subdivisions that are not large enough to place a house on if normal setbacks are used as of the public hearing date that is set to make all the necessary changes in Title 8. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED. PRIVATE STREET: Moved by NYBORG and seconded by EASON that any parcel of land used for a street, road, lane or any other similar nature which is not dedicated, accepted or maintained by a public entity is a private street. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED. BOISE RIVER PROTECTION ORDINANCE: HAr~IDNS will copy to all the members and present at the next regularly scheduled meeting. REVISED OFFICIAL SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS: Presented by WATSON.
