The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met on Monday, June 8, 1987.
The meeting place was Anna's Eagle Grill.
ROLL CALL showed. the following members present: HAMMONS, WATSON,
SINCLAIR, NYBORG. SELTZER, EASON absent. Chairman Wilson presiding.
Motion made by HAMMONS to approve the minutes of the May 7, 1987
meeting. Motion was seconded by NYBORG. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
NEW BUSINESS: ADA COUNTY TRANSMITTAL #87-11-TLQ/Sparks. Motion
by WATSON to recommend approval of the Transmittal requesting a
conditional use for a 2 year period, or until the need no longer
exists. Hotion seconded by HAMMONS. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.

REVIE~ OF TITLE 8 and TITLE 9:

Discussed Design Review and the possibility of adding the
letter "D" in the District Regulation Zoning to those areas
which need Design Review.

Discussion and presentation by WATson of a proposed definition
of the Comprehensive Plan. Motion resulted, made by WATSON
to revise the wording in Title 8 and ~ to be changed when
revisions given to council. Motion seconded by HAMMONS. ALL
AYE: t10TION CARRIED. Proposal attached.

Discussion on Official Schedule of District Regulations,
presentation by W~TSON on proposed changes. (Proposal attached)
Changes include Storage, Fenced area to be "C" conditional
in L-O, and clll Commercial districts, not permitted elsewhere.

L-O. Section under Commercial now listed as Parking lot, gargage

Motion on this proposal by WATSON, seconded by HA~10NS. ALL

Further review of the O~fical Sechdule of ŒStrict Regulations tabled
until the next meeting of P&Z, WArrSON will continue work on that section
of the code.

Also tabled until the next meeting "Aircraft Zoning" which will
be reported by SINCLAIR.
Setback requirements will be tabled until the next meeting, and
reported by HAMMONS and EASON.
Discussion regarding "private Streets" resulted in a proposal
to list "all roadways, streets, drives, etc, that are used for Vechicular
and pedestrians that are not deeded and maintained by a governing body,
such as a city, county or state are Private". The issue of Roadway
and street will be studied by NYBORG and pres~nted at the next meeting.
Discussion regarding "Business Licensing" in the City of Eagle. The
code includes a Ordinance regarding business licenses, but is not
enforced. Discussion was regarding enforcing it or not enf~rcing it.
Motion by SINCLAR to adjourn the meeting at 10:00 p.m.
