The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session,
Thursday, May 7, 1987 at 7:30 p.m.
Roll Call showed the following members present: WILSON, H~MONS,
EASON, WATSON, SINCLAIR, NYBORG. SELTZER absent. Chairman
WILSON presiding.
Motion made by HAMMONS to approve the minutes of the April 7,
1987 meeting as presented. Motion seconded by EASON. ALL AYE:
MOTION CARRIED.
TRANSMITTAL 87-3-PR-Palmer: Motion by HAMMONS to recommend
approval, Motion seconded by WATSON. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
TRANSMITTAL 87-07-TLQ-Herrmann: Motion by WATSON to recommend
approval. Motion seconded by EASON. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
DISCUSSION TITLE 8 and TITLE 9: Updating the Zoning and Sub-
division Ordinances are necessary, but the uPdating process
depends on the influence the City of Eagle has in the Impact
Area. Some of the issues brought out for tentative change are:

Chairman WILSON would like members to take different sections of
the Ordinances and provide the Commission with written reports
on suggested changes. HAMMONS and EASON volunteered to study
the set back portion of the Ordinance, WATSON volunteered to
study Land Use, the official Schedule of District Regulations
and to provide one Comprehensive Plan definition. -
HAMMONS will make changes on the Boise Ordinance to the Boise
River Plan and submit it to the next meeting.
MASTER PLAN: Tabled until the next meeting, motion by EASON AND
seconded by SINCLAIR. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
EAGLE CITY STANDARDS: Motion by EÞ,SON to table until the next
