1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ridgeway calls the meeting to order at 5:06 P.M.
2. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: Present: KUNZ, BASTIAN, PRESTON. Absent: SOELBERG.
3. PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION ROLL CALL: Present: VILLEGAS, KOELLISCH,
WRIGHT, GUERBER. Absent: Smith. A quorum is present.
4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Ridgeway leads the Pledge of Allegiance.
5. GENERAL DISCUSSION:
A. Appropriate integration of non-residential uses in the Western Area.
General discussion of appropriate integration of non-residential uses in the Western Area.
B. Waivers of city code as part of PUD applications and conditional use permit height exceptions.
General discussion of city code waivers, PUD applications, and conditional use permits.
C. Parking requirements - Eagle City Code Section 8-4-5.
General discussion about parking requirements.
D. Other, time permitting.
Discussion and agreement to hold quarterly joint meetings.
6. PUBLIC COMMENT:
Mark Butler commends the Council and Commission on their ability to work well together.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
