CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: SMITH, KOELLISCH, WRIGHT, and GUERBER. A quorum is
present.
3. CONSENT AGENDA:
♦ Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There
will be no separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a Commissioner, member
of City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for
discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda
in a sequence determined by the Rules of Order.
♦ Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of
Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda
approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.
A. Minutes of March 21, 2016.
B. Findin s of Fact and Conclusions of Law for PP /FP -01 -16 — YES Subdivision No. 2 —
White- Leasure: White - Leasure, represented by Jason Densmcr with The Land Group, Inc.,
is requesting combined preliminary plat/final plat approval for YES Subdivision No. 2, a S-
lot commercial subdivision (re- subdivision of Lot 2, Block 1, YES Subdivision). The 7.24 -
acre site is Iocated within YES Subdivision (Lot 2, Block 1) on the northeast corner of East
State Street and State Highway 55 at 2920 East State Street.
Smith moves to approve the consent agenda as presented. Seconded by KoeIlisch. ALL
AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. CU -02 -16 - Rear Yard Setback Waiver — Kristin Rannev: Kristin Ranney, represented by
Ren Tracy with Champion Windows, is requesting conditional use permit approval for a
waiver to reduce the rear setback on Lot 22, Block 10, from 25 -fect to 17 -feet within Senora
Creek Subdivision No. 2. The 0.23 -acre site is located on the north side of Golden Barrel
Street approximately 353 -feet east of the intersection of West Golden Barrel Street and
North Nolina Avenue at 4022 West Golden Barrel Street.
Brent Perkins, 1577 West Colchester Drive, Eagle, Idaho 83616. The applicant gives a brief
overview of the application.
City Planner, Holly Csencsits, gives a detailed overview of the application.
Chairman Wright opens the Public Hearing.
No one in the audience to testify.
Chairman Wright closes the Public Hearing.
General discussion amongst commission members.
Smith makes a motion to recommend for approval item 5A CU -02 -16 — Rear Yard Setback
Waiver — Kristin Ranney. Seconded by KoeIlisch. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
