Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: TANNER, ROEHLING, AIZPITARTE, SMITH, VILLEGAS.
A quorum is present.
3. CONSENT AGENDA:
. Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion.
There will be no separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a
Commissioner, member of City Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed
from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from the Consent Agenda
will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of
Order.
. Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the
City of Eagle shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's
Consent Agenda approval motion unless specifically stated otherwise.
A. Minutes of September 20, 2010.
Villegas abstains as he was not in attendance at the September 20 meeting.
Roehling moves to approve the minutes of September 20,2010 as presented. Seconded by
Aizpirarte. ALL AYE (Villegas abstains)... MOTION CARRIES.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. PP/FP-Ol-10 & V-OI-I0 - Combined Preliminanr and Final Plat and a Variance for a
Private Street for M3/Hanson Subdivision - M3 Companies, LLC: M3 Companies, LLC,
represented by Shawn Nickel with Stanley Consultants, Inc., is requesting combined preliminary
plat and final plat approval for M3-Hanson Subdivision, a five (5) lot residential subdivision (4-
residential, I-private street) and a variance to allow for a private street within a subdivision. The
24.22-acre site is generally located on the west side of North Hartley Road approximately 0.8-
miles north of West Beacon Light Road.
Chairman Roehling introduces the item.
Staff, with the concurrence of the applicant, are requesting this item be continued to the October
18, 2010 meeting to give the applicant time to provide additional information to staff.
Roehling moves to continue PP/FP-OI-I0 & V-OI-I0 Combined Preliminary and Final Plat
and a Variance for a Private Street for M3/Hanson Subdivision to the October 18, 2010
meeting. Seconded by Smith. Discussion. ALL AYE...MOTION CARRIES.
